Established in 2019In 2019, I established Learning Execs, drawing upon my extensive experience in learning organizations. Having firsthand experience, I observed the pervasive challenges and discord arising between strategic leadership and operational teams. Across various organizations, a common theme emerged – strategic leaders and content teams consistently presented innovative visions with tight timelines, while operational teams and project leaders often felt ill-equipped to implement these new strategies within the specified timeframe, leading to performance expectations falling short.
Regrettably, this tug-of-war between dynamics engendered a recurring cycle of misunderstanding, diminished accountability, frustration, and strained working relationships. The resultant gap between strategy and operations consistently yielded subpar learning experiences, increased turnover, and the erosion of institutional knowledge. Through Learning Execs, my mission is to assist learning businesses by constructing bridges that foster mutual understanding and excellence between teams. Acting as a conduit, these bridges aim to facilitate the development of more effective learning strategies and training products. Whether you oversee an organization selling courses for profit, provide customer education, or manage teams dedicated to creating learning and development content for workforce empowerment, Learning Execs is poised to enhance the impact of your learning business. |
